I have booked a room today with Oyo *****. I have paid the amount at the time of booking. They send me confirmation message on my email id. When I go to Oyo they said rooms are overbooked. We have only * rooms and from Oyo side, they booked ** rooms in front of me. * people cancelled the booking and returned. But we don't have that choice because we have already paid the amount. I called customer care and asked for the solution. After half an hour they shifted me another Oyo. Weather was too hot. I was not feeling well at that time. In shifted Oyo, there was no ac. I called customer care more than ** times every time they put my call on hold. I have waited more than ** mins on call many times. After ** mins call got automatically disconnect. I got no solution at all. Customer care executives are unprofessional. They don't have adequate how to talk with the customer. They only know one thing kindly be on hold. After getting no response from their side. I don't have a choice so we have checked in without AC room in hot weather. I m feeling mentally harassed by Oyo. After waiting * hours in sun we decided to check in without AC room. I was feeling dizzy. Room was so dirty and even I can't sit. But that time I don't have that much strength in my body to go outside and book another room. They harassed me physically and mentally. Help me to get a resolution my booking id was LHZR****.
