I don’t know wether this message shall reach you or not. I am your customer from India. I ordered an AirPod Max -
Order number - ***-*******-*******.
Upon opening the package, I was shocked beyond belief that the product received is
FAKE!
The Amazon team is telling me that they can do nothing. It is my hard earned money and I am on a brink of collapse. Amazon team is not helping me at all. This issue was flagged off to Social media team and they are sending me automated replies- this to a customer who has been with you for over ** years - don’t do this to me.
May I please request you humbly to look into this. I have been a customer for the last ** years ; please don’t do this to me.
