We were four people (family), one was *-* year old kid and I booked one sleeper and a sharing seat from make my trip but at the time of boarding they told us that only two of you can travel and rest of the persons have to stay here only, and the way they were talking was really unacceptable, they didn't take any of us with them. We faced so much inconvenience.
Firstly they agreed to accept the payment for the third person who was my mother, but then they got in to a fight with other passengers and due to that out of anger they mistreated us also and didn't let us baord any of us.
And we travelled with some other bus that costs us **** rupees.
Please look into this matter. They were misbehaving and mistreating us, that's like a mental torture.
The intercity bus officials told us that we will get our refund within a week but I didn't get any reply. Then I contacted to make my trip and told them about me query, but they closed my query within a week without any reply, I tried so many times but they didn't do anything and after two months on ** may I again raised my query regarding my refund they aksed me to wait *-* days and still they did not give any reply and again I cantacted them, again they told me to wait *-* days, I aksed them to connect me with the senior and they told me to wait for ** hours and their senior will call me back, but no one called and after * days I again contacted them and they again told me to wait * hours but no one called me again and today i.e. ** July I contacted them again they were still asking me to wait *-* days but I refused to wait and asked them to connect me with their senior so many times so after all thsi I was connected to their senior and he told me that they cannot refund me the money.
