GULAM MUSTAFA filed complaint against Pharmeasy on Jul 12, 2025
I placed a medicine order on **th July ****, but till now, my issue has not been resolved. I have made several calls to your customer care team, but unfortunately, no one has provided any proper help or resolution. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable, especially when it comes to essential healthcare services.
Due to this unacceptable experience, I demand an immediate refund of the full amount paid for my medicine order, as well as the membership amount charged by PharmEasy. Both amounts must be credited directly to my bank account without any further delay.
In addition to this, I no longer wish to use your services. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the support and service. Therefore, I am requesting you to permanently deactivate my PharmEasy account
