Pharmeasy - Medicine missing in the package delivered

Dear sir/mam,

I have ordered medicine for my mother as below eye drops

*. Brinzox *.Ganfort

In the package Brinzox medicine was missing. At the time package was delivered to my mother and i was in office.

Once i back from office mother shown the package and * medicine was missing.

I raised complaint. Just now i got call and missing medicine supply denied and refund also denied. I was shocked

Mr. Gurupreeth Singh was the person given this resolution. He denied to provide further detail for to identity him like employee id. He told he checked footage at the time of packing. And checked with logistics and he declared missing medicine will not be supplied and refund also will not be provided.

He concluded i raised false complaint. You check my earlier oeders. Never this kind of problems faced. This is the first time i facing this issue

The way he concluded it was so unfortunate he try to say medicine already delivered to me but i was raising wrong complaint. So unfortunate.

It is so shocking. Thus ***rs is the mater for a customer who using toborder so manybyears and spent lots of money already.

I am using pharmeasy for many years. But this situation ring a panic bell in my mind and raise serious credibility issue withbthus brand.
check my earlier oeders. Never this kind of problems faced. This is the first time i facing this issue

Dont cheat me. Pl supply missing medicine or refund. Keep your brand credibility.
