I gave a sample for tests on *th May. Today is **th May. It's been * days and I didn't get my report. It's not an order from amazon or flipkart so that delay is ok with the client. It's a medical report and people are waiting for their report to consult with the doctor.
It's very unprofessional behaviour from pharmeasy side. If they can't fulfill their commitment then it's better to not commit anything. Let people use other options.
If something serious happens to a patient then pharmeasy will be responsible for that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
