Booking was done on april **rd in makemytrip. Booking id :NH*P************. We landed on **th evening and we reached fab hotel at **:** and as per receptionist the parent is not been made. Spoke to MakeMyTrip through customer care and found that they didn't make my payment which was paid three months back. Fab hotel has made us to check-in provided if MakeMyTrip doesn't pay then we have to pay inspite of paying the amount. I am highly disappointed with the service of MakeMyTrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
