I'm writing this mail with regard to a reimbursement issue related to refund from a booking through makemytrip mobile app.
I made the booking on March of ****. Since covid broke out around that time, all the bookings were cancelled and the amount was refunded to mycash balance in the app itself which I can only use in makemytrip. I don't use makemytrip much and since it had been more than * years that I didn't use the money, I wanted to reimburse the money to my bank account. I applied for the reimbursement on **th march, ****. They started verifying my bank details on **th March, **** and it is still going on. I had requested for a call back from the customer support team many times during this period & they called me & cut the call within * secs. Later on they report that I didn't respond to the call & hence the request is cancelled.

It is an Amount of Rs.**** & now they have removed the mycash balance from makemytrip app and don't have anything transferred to my account as well.
Please help me with the situation. I have no way to contact makemytrip and they are evading the issue by not responding to my messages or comments as well as their tricky calls. I have attached a screenshot of the query that I have raised and their response.
