Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Makemytrip refusing to alter the Holiday plan inspite of Government Advisory

This is regarding the holiday planning done on MMT Platform to NorthEast including Lachung and Gangtok in sikkim on **th October ****, by one of their representative.
The itenerary as per this plan was:
* nights Gangtok >* night Lachung > *night Gangtok > * nights Darjeeling
I subsequently came to know from the Hotel at Lachung that they are not taking any booking and that there is already a government advisory regarding the same issued by the Sikkim Government on *th October ****. Not sure on what basis the planning was done. I raised my concern with MMT regarding this and requested them to realign the entire holiday plan, Since Lachung is not possible. I requested them to arrange for a * nights stay at pelling in lieu of the * nights booked at Lachung and Gangtok Hotels respectively before travelling to Darjeeling, Since a nights stay at Gangtok doesn't make sense if I am not going to Lachung and instead going to pelling. But to my utter dismay and shock they are refusing to cancel the hotel at Gangtok and asking me to travel all over back to Gangtok from peling after a night's stay at peling. They have simply cancelled the hotel at Lachung and asked me to book a hotel for pelling, without taking into consideration that the entire plan was based on my stay at Lachung earlier.
The sikkim tourism advisory came on *th October **** and MMT took the booking on **th October. I should have been made aware by the MMT representative before making this plan which has not occurred, and now they are simply not ready to make the required alterations and issue the refund for the Gangtok Hotel. They have issued only the refund for the Lachung Hotel.
