We had booked a flight in Goair via MakeMyTrip for July *th, ****. Due to covid lockdown, the flight got canceled. GoAIR team confirmed that they have done a full refund of the reservation and the same has been initiated to Makemytrip. For the past few months, we have been trying to reach Makemytrip via emails/phone, and no response to emails or phone calls. We wanted to get the refund credited to our bankaccount at any cost.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
