SOUMIK NATH filed complaint against Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd on Dec 17, 2020
I directly cancelled only one passenger through Indigo airlines well in advance and received a credit note email of Rs. **** from Indigo for this cancellation. The other two passengers (my parents) travelled on the same ticket. However, as per Makemytrip, ALL passengers are cancelled and refund is given ONLY Rs. ***. So please refund me balance Rs. **** immediately which Indigo airlines has duly credited to Makemytrip account.
The online chatbot of MMT MYRA gave final verdict "MYRA

The self support goes to the same web page of "My Trips" without any option to connect to MMT and web form says" We are currently only supporting requests for flight and hotel bookings. In case you have cancelled your booking please use MyTrips to track it." So again Mytrips.
Need urgent refund from Makemytrip of my legitimate amount of Rs. ****
