Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Makemytrip is not giving us the refund

Hello voxya,
I am Naveena , Me and my partner booked a honeymoon holiday trip to Srinagar, Kashmir in the dates *th of January **** to *th jan ****. We had a flight on *th morning from Hyderabad to Delhi and Delhi to Srinagar. We reached Delhi smoothly after landing and waiting for the next flight to catch (vistara) it got delayed and cancelled due to bad weather in srinagar , we contacted customer care of Mmt but they didn’t responded we don’t know what to do there , whether to come back or should we reschedule , no one responded literally, we spoke to vistara airlines and they rescheduled to next morning. We stayed in small hotel nearby that night and we came next morning to catch the flight but flight got canceled again . We don’t know anything in Delhi and what to do next . The relationship manager didn’t responded at all.. someone from escalation department called us and they told we are cancelling that day bookings. Anuradha responded and we told everything and asked for reschedule our trip ,she told there is no such rescheduling , then what should we do in Delhi without the further plan. We asked for complete refund atleast but it ruined our entire anniversary plan which we would have celebrated in kashmir. We gone through soo much during there. They said we try to request for complete refund . Then we returned to Hyderabad from Delhi through our own expense’s. We spent so much of money in accommodation in Delhi and for return flight too .. we are so much devastated through this situation. After coming home we spoke to many people of mmt services and they are not giving us complete refund , that’s so much disappointing. Please help us getting the refund we are very much thankful.
