Make My Trip - MakeMyTrip India Refund not provided Fraud hotel and mmt

I have booked a hotel from makemytrip
Hotel name: Padmini Palace, dehradhun, utrakhand
Date Booked: **th October ****
Date Check-in - **th October ****
I have cancelled my booking through makemytrip on **th October as I was not well, and doctor has asked me not to travel.
I have submitted cancellation request submitting medical certificate.
I have called and informed hotel personally on **th October about my cancellation. Now my request is getting rejected though I have genuine reason. I have also rescheduled my flight tickets which was from Dehradhun on **th October.
MMT team said hotel has rejected my request of cancellation and talk to them. I called Govind (hotleir) from Padmini Palace, he was very rude, insulted, dint talk properly, shouted at me and asked to talk to mmt as I have done booking with them. He said mmt team has informed him about cancellation on **th which is after my checkout, so he rejected my request. Its mmt duty to inform them on time. Although I have personally informed hotel. Now I have to just keep on talking to mmt and hotel. Both the parties are not accepting request and putting blame on each other. The mmt person Sumit Chauhan was also rude in talking. I have recorded all my calls while talking to both parties for proof.
