Booked hotel from **-** Oct**** at Hotel
Neelkanth Bliss, Ahmedabad.
hotel denied checkin and same has been
confirmed by Makemytrip
requested alternate equivalent property , but
makemytrip providing degraded lower category
hotel .
no escalation of complaint and Inaction. multiple
calls with no resolution.
important to note - hotel neelkanth booked **
days in advance to avail cheapest rates for dates
** to ** Oct wherein DEFEXPO , A NATIONAL
EVENT is being held amd hotels have raised prices
*-* times of normal prevailing rates.
alternate hotel offered and agreed by me included
Sarovar portico kalupur, lemon tree premier,
riverview, Carrefour, key select, fortune park. But
agent denied accommodation again and offered
way low category hotels .
it is causing mental irritation and anxiety as Tam
travelling with my * year old daughter amd wife.
request alternate in similar/upgraded hotel at
earliest. in case refund , then refund entire paid
amount and compensation amount of ****/ night
to book similar hotel offline or through other
travel agent.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
