Refund not received yet for booking Id NL*************
I paid *,**,*** rupees to MakeMyTrip on Feb **, ****, and was supposed to get a refund of **,*** rupees back from MakeMyTrip in around **days. Four months is about to come from the date of booking. But I have not received the refund. I have all the proofs for the refund.
As a customer, I am helpless, as I have no means to contact them. No contact number will lead you to a person to answer your query.
This is big fraud and cheating.
Please resolve my problem. I'll be highly grateful
