Since air India providing free date change offer from** jan so I called make my trip to reschedule it the,girl (A)took every. detail and she promise me to that the reschedule is process and she confirmed the difference amount which I have to which Rs*** from Delhi> Goa and Rs **** for Goa >Del , since we have * passenger so total price coming up to Rs **** , so told to call back and we will confirm ur reschedule, after that I called them twice daily and the called picked by guys (Z and A), this guys Promised me that I got a call and the request is under process to reschedule on Tuesday but not done on time due to which I have near the loss , now my flight is on **yh which is today late night @**:pm now they are saying it’s not possible,I have raise the complain but they saying it’s takes time , please help me with this, and I want solution for my losses.
