We have been cheated at two instances by MMT,
Due to the pandemic we were nt able to travel due to health reasons n as we as responsible citizens choose nt to travel as it may be risk to others bt MMT didn't refund us even though we r it's elite n loyal customers
Airlines n hotel told they can do best if MMT intervenes as it ws booked thru them
Bt MMt alsways told us to speak to the hotel & airlines directy
Hotel also said they hv nt received any amt from MMT so they could nt refuns bt MMt lied throughout saying hotel is nt refunding
Even fr airlines they said vistara is nt refunding wherein vistara confirmed that they will refund the base fare to MMT
MMT us taking * months to resolve this sending text we r still resolving it
It is a platform to hold people hard earned money I want all my money
Don't fool customers by playing tricks n harassing them that they stop asking u r a big fraud corporate be ethical
