*.I booked my return trip tickets on **nd July from Delhi to Visakhapatnam.I had booked with zero cancellation charges. I had paid *****/- in total.
*. I placed a request for partial cancellation on **th August. I received a refund of only *****/- and was assured by support team that only one ticket has been cancelled. Even on the App I could see only partial cancellation. Both screenshots are attached.
*. When I reached the airport on **rd, I was told by Air India staff that MMT has cancelled the PNR. They provided me prinout from there own system to show that it shows as cancelled. Attached a pdf of the same.
*. I called the MMT support team and you suggested I will have to book both tickets on my own. I paid ****/- for ticket from delhi to vizag and then **,*** for the return ticket. Attached a screenshot of the same. So in total I paid **,*** extra.
In summary,Make my trip owes me **,***/- (*****-*****+ *****)
On top of this I was caused so much grievance and anxiety while travelling.I have health issues which got aggravated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
