We had booked a package online with MakeMyTrip for Himachal - NL************* worth *****/-. I have some critical pregnancy issues and doctors have suggested not to travel till delivery so we are requesting for the postpone of my current Himachal package or change the traveller's details but they are not considering the circumstances and changing the dates or changing the traveller's details also. In the terms and conditions, there is no mention of this. Even though I have submitted the medical documents MMT is not considering the request and giving us the required change. MMT is trying to fraud the customers without giving them proper details and flexibility considering critical conditions
