I had a booking through MMT (MakeMyTrip). As the flight was re-scheduled, I had to cancel my booking with Spicejet directly on *st Jan ****. They had initiated the refund and it was credited to MakeMyTrip immediately (As confirmed by Spicejet).
I had raised a request for refund to the source of booking on MakeMyTrip website. On **th Jan ****, I had received a message from MMT that refund is in process along with the booking ID details.
I tried reaching out to MMT in this case, but they are not reachable. The refund has to be credited to the source, which is my credit card. They do not have a proper customer service team or a resolution team for queries/complaints.
Attached the proof of screenshots.
I want immediate refund amount to my credit card account, which I used for booking.
