I HAVE BOOKED THE HOLIDAY PACKAGE THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP ON **TH JAN **** FOR THE PERIOD OF *TH MAY **** TO **TH MAY **** & PAID THE FULL AMOUNT Rs******.*/- & THE SAME PROOF IS ATTACHED.
AS THE PACKAGE IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF WORLD WIDE COVID-** SPREAD.
MMT CONTACTING FOR RESCHEDULE OF THE TRIP .I HAVE CLEARLY TOLD TO MMT EXECUTIVE FOR THE REFUND OF FULL AMOUNT FOR MY BOOKING BUT THE EXECUTIVE SEND ME LIE MAIL AND THE SAME IS ATTACHED FOR THE PROOF AND THE VOICE CONVERSATION RECORDING IS WITH MMT.
