MOHD AFNAN filed complaint against Make my trip on Dec 24, 2021
I have booked a hotel for my upcoming trip to Dubai through Make my trip. I have made the payment and received the payment confirmation on email as well but PNR has not been generated for my booking. It was mentioned in the payment confirmation email if the PNR doesn't generated within * Hours I will get the full amount refunded. After few hours I contacted customer support and the executive informed me that hotel denied to book the room for the said date and asked me to wait for ** hours to get my refund. It has been more than ** hours neither I get any refund nor any update from their end and when I contacted them again they are saying the same thing, again they are asking me to wait for **-** hours. I had a bad experience with mmt in the past when it took almost * months to get my refund but this time the amount is big and I am feeling so terrified now because if I didn't get this refund my whole trip will be spoiled and I have to cancel my flight ticket as well which will also cause me more monetary loss as cancelling a flight will attract a penalty fees.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
