I booked redbus from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on **th April ****. When I board the bus then bus was full by other general passengers. Even these people were sleeping in walk way all around. Due to there was no space to keep my luggage below my seat or inside anywhere in bus, Bus operator took my luggage bag to put in luggage dickey.
Now when I reached my destination and asked for my luggage bag then bus operator acting like he did not remember where he put my bag. He refused to check all dickey and gave his number to me and said he will contact me once he reached final destination.
Now he is not responding to my calls and messages.
Earlier when I boarded the bus I registered complaint in redbus regarding basic amenities like charger port, AC, water bottle which were not provided to me. Even the bus was full and stinking and no space to even walk in aisle. People were sleeping in aisle occupying luggage space beneath the seats.
I felt bus driver is acting to take revenge against my complaint to redbus customer care regarding their poor services.
Now I am in different city with no clothes and my other important personal belongings. I am expecting either return of my bag or compensation same as my luggage bag items.
