Apple India - Lost all my data s in Apple service

I am using MacBook Pro ** inch and Mac OS high Sierra. The safari and Mac OS crashed couple of times in High Sierra, so I updated my macOS High Sierra to macOS Mojave. On dec **** the MacOS Mojave crashed again. But this time I couldn't retrieve my Mac. Apple service took me through various solutions to solve and re-boot the macOS but nothing solved. After a month, I rebooted my Mac successfully. In that process, the apple service senior advisor asked me to backup my Mac in external hard drive to delete my Mac and to install the new macOS version. After the installation of new macOS Mojave , I couldn't restore my backup. Already I lost one month delay in job due to all my data's were in stacked in Mac. The apple senior advisor asked me to a backup in an one specific format and the newly installed macOS has not that specific format to restore my backup. Eventually he had no solution to resolve issue. I tried for more than a month in apple care, but no one couldn't resolve issue. All of my data's were in that external hard disk back, so I couldn't retrieve any my file and continue my work for more than two month, this caused me huge setback in my Research and Development work. This delay caused me a huge time delay failure for me. After a month finally one guy helped me with retrieving my important files, but he also couldn't helped me to completely restore my Mac. But for me that two month work delay affected my one year. Still I couldn't catch that time setback. So, apple have to pay for this.
