happyfares - Loot in broad daylight

So cheap is not always good.
i booked a ticket thru Happyfares and while writing passenger name ,the final ticket showed incomplete name. I called up the airline for correction , and they Happily gave me full refund ,however these guys deducted money ,which is totally unethical, as the final service provider gave full refund and these middle men ,for their fault still deducted my hard earned money.
Also the discount coupon they gave ,did not work.
