happyfares - Complete refund not offered by Happyfares

I booked a spiceject flight using HappyFares. The flight got preponed by more than * hours and when I asked HappyFares to cancel and give me a full refund or arrange booking in a different flight available around the same time, they said they cant do anything and will be keeping Rs *** convenience fee as that fee goes to airline. I called the airline and they said there is no such charge and it is at the discretion of HappyFares and that they are not refunding it. HappyFares has also booked my individual booking in a group booking and so airline has no visibility on my PNR and booking to help in anyway.
