Dear HappyFares Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the refund for my air ticket booked for **th October ****. The flight was cancelled on the same day by the airline due to a delay, and I was informed by the airline that a complete refund would be processed upon cancellation.
The airline processed and refunded the amount on **th October ****. However, despite multiple follow-ups, HappyFares continues to inform me that the refund has not been received from the airline.
It has now been over one month since the refund was issued, yet the amount still has not been credited to my account. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter.
Kindly process my refund at the earliest and provide a clear update on the status
