I booked a SpiceJet flight through Happyfares (Booking Ref: ********, PNR: UHCUQA) for travel on ** January **** from Delhi to Srinagar.
On the day of travel, the flight was cancelled by the airline due to bad weather. At the airport, SpiceJet staff clearly confirmed that the refund would be processed automatically to the original payment method.
However, even after more than * months, I have not received the refund. Despite sending a detailed email on ** March ****, Happyfares has not provided any response or update.
On contacting support, I was informally told that the refund has already been processed to Happyfares by the airline, but Happyfares has neither credited the amount nor shared any transaction details.
This shows clear negligence, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.

Compensation for delay, inconvenience, and mental harassment
I request immediate intervention to resolve this matter.
