Dear Sir
in the month of october two byjus employees visited our house regarding byjus learning app on **/**/**** , registered my sons name as ashwin surlia and registered mobile number **********. the name of the byjus employees were jayant bhadoria and wasim akhtar
they said after trial period and assessment by mentor either the Parents or the mentor can terminate the relationship. the said you have to pay around ***** rs instalments ****-**** per month.
no assessment was done for my child and no report was sent to us as parents directly we have received the message from unknown sender regarding loans emi , we have not given any approval although signed the the documents at the time of buying the tablet and paid online **** rs.
now since my account was not funded i am receiving calls from capital float to make payment of emi or cancel the loan with byjus. sir our child was not attended under any mentor and we were not informed before starting this loan and we were not expalined about the progress of the child.
we sincerely request you to terminate this plan and cancel loan if any on my name as i have tried contacting the customer care they said it is not possible. i can not pay this above **** rs emi was not explained to me. i have not visited any bank for loan and not contacted capital float for loan and only given consent for trial period with byjus but they have recovered loan on my name without my consent. please help to cancel this loan and cancel relationship with Byjus.
i hope you will help in the cancellation of this plan.
