Shanthamraju sharada filed complaint against Livpure water purifier on Jan 4, 2025
I have subscribed livpure RO zinger water purifier on **th Nov ****, and the Product was installed on **th Nov ****. From then the water purifier was not working from day *.
I have opened complaints with Livpure over phone for * times since November **st.
* times their agents visited home and said the machine needs replacement but till then no replacements happened.
Out of frustration I called them to refund my security deposit as well as my subscription money because the machine was never working.
Livpure denying to refund the money saying there is a * month lock-in period.
How come I still need to pay for * months for a faulty machine and not using the services??
I want my subscription security deposit and my monthly subscription amount refunded immediately.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

I have paid **** rs for delivery and installation which has not done yet. Customer care number is not working. No branches and no callback service, no tracking. Its a fraud company.
