I have bought LG diswasher from RELIANCE digital almost a one and half months back, and from that time its not consistent in cleaning vessels , there are white patches in all vessels. After contacting them they told to buy water softener for **** to resolve the issue as issue is due to water hardness , which i can not buy and told them that they could have informed while purchasing the item not after, and since then no reply to my complaint raised complain no ********, i raised this LG as well but same response from them as well LG complaint no RNP************
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
