Saravanan filed complaint against Lenskart on Aug 16, 2019
I ordered the lens from lenkskart.com on **th August ****. I ordered two glasses of worth Rs ****. I paid through PayPal to Lenskart on the same day through online but still, in Lenskart site they are mentioning as payment pending. It has been passed for four days. When I checked with PayPal they confirmed that amount is paid to Lenskart. But in Lenskart website, it is asking me to continue with payment. When I checked with customer care they raised a request and each and every day they are saying the technical issue will be solved with ** hours but * days has been crossed. The only website which displayed "continue with payment" even after paying the amount. Every website display payment is failed or payment is successful or if deducted will be refunded. The only website is Lenskart excepting customers to pay multiple times for a single bill.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
