Shrish Lal filed complaint against Lenskart on Apr 9, 2018
On **th of March **** I gave my Oakley frame to Lenskart’s Thane showroom to replace its lenses. It was supposed to get delivered to me on **st of March ****, ffter the deadline when I followed with them I was told “the company has recently changed its courier agency, hence there is a delay in the delivery of your frame“. I follow up with after few days and then they told me that my Oakley frame has been broken by them and I need to come to the store to sort this matter. I asked them to send me a mail on this for which they were not ready & they forced me to come to the store. When I went to the store and forced him to give me a replacement, then reluctantly they give me an option to select a non-branded frame for Rs.**** which is less than half of the original value of my Oakley frame. I denied and asked them to send this on mail, which happened after lots of resistance. After my complain on mail and social media I got a call from lens cart assuring me that they understand my concern and they will provide solution as per my satisfaction very soon, which is later telephone calls and they refused. It seems they trick their customer in signing a handover document in which these term are written. I got an invoice where nothing like this was written (attached).
Since then I have been suffering in absence of my prescription glasses and following up withThem on the main phone anger on social media, but have not got any satisfactory response. Now I had to spend more money to get a new pair of glasses as its been happening my health & work from so many days.
