I bought the LensKart spectacle from their store from wave Mall jammu store. At the time of buying the spex the warranty of the entire product was for * year. And it was told by the store manager as well as it was mentioned on the website. The frame started peeling off within few months only and when I visited the store for the defect the staff over there asked me to check for any other frame for replacement and he logged in online for replacement. I was asked to wait for few minutes to get the approval. To my surprise and to the surprise of the store manager the claim was rejected. Later I was told by the store manager that they have recently changed the policy to * months warranty for frame and * months Warranty for lens and they are confused in that and you will get the call from Backend and u can make them understand as well. But the Backend team still insists that it is out of warranty of * months whereas it is under warranty of * year.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
