Abraham filed complaint against Lenskart on Aug 19, 2020
Had asked for a replacement for Order id # **********.on June ** ****. Even after picking up the product, Lenskart has till date not given me a replacement for product. Had raised ticket for same #******** for which I was assured to be given a replacement either by sending an email to support@lenskart.com or by calling **********. Even after calling customer care and asking them to replace with the product I want they are not processing my replacement. Pathetic service by Lenskart. Very disapointed the way they handle customer requests. They don't even provide an escalation number to whom we can talk. Instead they say talk to ********** and issue will be resolved. Even after calling **********, there is no replacement given , even when the product requested for replacement is available. Very pathetic people. Do not buy form Lenskart
