Gantantra kumar filed complaint against Lenskart on Feb 15, 2024
I visited lenskart store at Mini Square mall Kolkata on **th Feb **** at **:**PM.
I selected few frames and then made the payment. My Lenskart wallet had *** and From my Axis Bank credit card I paid ****/- in total **** for my order.
After successful payment they said order is not placed but money is debited from my Credit card and Lenskart wallet both.
I have neither received any order confirmation nor my refund. Please help me in getting this refund ASAP.
