Sir, I do herby serve you with the following legal notice -
That undersigned is a consumer as I had purchased the iPhone ** (*** GB) of black color phone dated on **/**/** frome Apple by paying an amount of Rs. *****/-
WhatsApp problem in iPhone ** - *. Form the date of purchased , the Whatsapp/ WhtasApp Business application is not working in my iPhone ** phone.*. The same application is working fine in my android phone with same number.*. I have done/tired all possible solutions. Still I am not able to Uploading the status, sending and receiving the messages on WhatsApp/ Business WhatsApp. I have bought iPhone **, ** days age and I have been facing this serious issue from that time. I have visited the iPhone service center and talked with the iPhone care people and they are not helping me. They said its not there problem contact to developers. Then I contacted to the WhatsApp Developer as well, but there solution is not workable. The same WhatsApp is working fine in iPhone ** and in android devices as well. I have purchased the iPhone ** because it is upgraded and best. But it fails and loose everyone's belief like me.
