I bought a Dr Aquagaurd classic plus water purifier from their official website on **.**.****. It was guided by their own salesman Employee code ( *******). He has asked me to buy it online and installation will be done in * days anywhere in India. I asked him repeatedly if the installation will be done. He said for sure. I got it picked up from the courier office on **.**.**** since they said they don't deliver to my location and got a notification of service request No.**********.
Since that date, I have been literally begging them to send someone for installation. Nobody has even called me until last week. I got a call from Kavitha of Eureka Forbes. I did the installation request by phone and by mail. No response. Gave service Escalation Request: **********. No response. On **.**.**** gave non-database complaint no. **********. No response. Customer ID: **********. Ticket **********. Now I have requested a return on **.**.****, reference number: *****.
Till date, no one has come for pick up. I think they are waiting for the ** days to complete and cancel the return. Kindly do the needful.
