DTDC - Late delivery of courier

Geevarghese philipose filed complaint against DTDC on Sep 22, 2018

Packet booked from DTDC Courier booking office,Kadavanthra, Cochin, Kerala to Kalyan Maharashtra pin ****** on **/*/****. The courier packet received at destination on **/*/**** at **:** hrs. The packet was containing the railways parcel way bill of two wheeler ,its RC and Key for collecting from Panvel station. Railways parcel which booked from Ernakulam Jn arrived at panvel station on **/*/****. I can't take delivery of the bike without railways orginal way bill which is in the Courier pack. Late delivery charge of the Rly parcel is rs.**/hour plus tax as applicable after the six hours of the arrival.
