Redbus - Late arrival of bus

we were traveling from kalburgi to bangalore on the **th of november. first of all, on the day of pickup, the bus was late to depart, we had no clue where the bus was and no contact numbers were valid/picking the call! we had booked through pavit tours and travels and the departure time was *: **, the bus came at around **: ** and we were asked to board the "pooja travels". we had booked pavit which was much costlier than pooja travels. the major problem, we were supposed to be at bangalore the next day, that is, **th november at *: ** AM and the bus reached anand rao circle at **: **!! i did not pay **** per ticket to get * hours late!! we had important appointments which we missed because of this, the whole point of traveling by bus was in vain!! i need complete refund for what we have been put through and responsibility to be owned by redbus!! ticket details: tmc********* and pnr: ts************
