I made a booking on **/**/**** through Makemytrip to travel from Hyderabad to Brisbane carrier Cathay pacific on */**/**** and return on **/**/**** from Brisbane to Hyderabad carrier singapore airlines.
System did an auto correction of the last name, notice an *hour after booking the ticket. Informed Makemytrip an they said to wait for **hours to get it fixed. I am still waiting waiting after *** hours to get the last name corrected.
Spoke to both the airlines and they said it is possible. I have a proof from Singapore airlines stating that it is possible whereas Makemytip is saying it is not possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
