Easemytrip - Lapse in rescheduling

I have booked an AirIndia flight from Hyderabad to Germany via Easemytrip website. Due to current Covid situation, Germany has banned passengers from India. I have immediately requested the Easemytrip team to reschedule my ticket from **th April to June *rd. AirIndia offers one recheduling for free because of the present Covid situation. After a lot of requests from my side through calls and mails, they finally asked me to pay an extra Rs.***** for rescheduling. They've deliberately delayed it to the date of journey despite my repeated reminders to do it immediately. Now they demanded an extra Rs. ***** to complete the rescheduling as it includes No-show penalty, even though I have done the payment before the flight take-off time. I asked them to refund my entire ticket amount and the extra charges as it is entirely their fault, the delay and subsequent lapse in rescheduling. But they have responded that they will only refund me the extra Rs.***** that I paid and not the ticket charges, which is obviously unfair. I request you to make them refund me the flight charges.
