Someone by the name Mr Mangesh Raut has used my mobile number to book Oyo hotel rooms. Why Oyo app has not some security procedures to send some verification number on the given mobile number to authenticate if the given number is genuine or not. Like this, anyone can use anyone's no and book hotel rooms. What if that person is using the hotel room for some wrong things. Please have some security procedures.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
