Dilip filed complaint against Reliance Digital on May 25, 2020
Purchased Jiofi JMR*** through onlince (https://www.reliancedigital.in/) on **-May-**** and paid online. It was about to deliver within ** hours but unfortunately my order got cancelled due to out of stock. I called to customer care for the refund they told that it will be refunded within * working days. Even i sent mail to cshead for the same and even sent the reminder mail. but i'm still waiting for the response.I request them to please refund my amount asap.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
