Hi,
I'm work from home person and taken connection of JioAirFiber on **th April **. From the day one I'm not able to do office work as the internet stability is very poor and it's getting me log-out every minute from my office work portal. I checked with my Company IT team and they found it's happening because of the internet stability is poor. I complaint the same in Jio Customer care with Ticket Number - SR*****XBSDI. Jio Engineer visited at my place and said it's possible to solve from his end so he need to raise the ticket to Back-end Team. He raised ticket in front of me and Backend team said they'll call him back in * minutes. We waited almost an hour for call but they didn't called back. He called Backend team again but they said ticket is already raise and he'll get call back soon. Engineer left because it's too much time consuming and said he'll come back again tomorrow. From that day to now one week has been passed but it's not get resolved yet. I'm calling Jio care and there seniors continuously but nobody is taking my complaint seriously. Please help me out either to resolve my issue or refund my amount as I paid for yearly plan around ***** INR.
