Hello, I have applied for Jio Air fiber installation online on ** Apr **** and paid the advance amount online. Based on that they had sent the email and fixed the installment slot of ** to * pm on ** Apr ****. After that, I have received no call, update or sms and the air fiber has not been installed yet. There is no scope for speaking to customer care representative also as it is automated. I want the immediate action from their side and update. Very pathetic service.
