I have reported issue with my TV and inspection has been done,after two days i have called jeeves as there was no update.I was told that the replace of spare part is approved and the issue will be resolved soon. After *days i got mail mentioning about refund of**% od product value.
I have replied asking resolving issue of my TV or Full invoice amount refund as mentioned in the policy terms of extended warranty.
Since then there is no response from Jeeves,i have sent around *followup mails and got no update and contacted Jeeves customer support more than ** times... every time i called I'm getting response like you have to wait ** to ** hours.
Its been ** days since the complaint is registered and there is no update to emails or calls.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
