Amazon India - iten never delivered

on the **th of June, I placed an order with amazon, order no.***-*******-*******, on the **th I recorded the parcel but not the item itself. I received an Amazon box and inside it, there is a jewellery box but not the silver bracelet which I ordered. on **th itself I contacted Amazon customer service and they launched investigation but on *st July when I called them they told me they refused the claim, however while unboxing the parcel I made a video so I told them I can share the unboxing video they asked me to share the video but on *th July when I called customer service they told me they haven't received any video and hung up the call on my face.
this is very disrespectful also it's a fraud. on *th July I send the video again and I called customer service they kept me on hold for **-** min and then hungup the call.
I am looking for my full refund.
