Had ordered an AC from Reliance store * weeks back, the boxes got delivered after two days.
When we opened the boxes the AC remote, warranty card and manual was missing.
I immediately lodged the complaint and wrote my issues in the service sheet of engineer.
It has been * weeks since then we have AC without these items and not able to use it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
