Amazon India - ITEM WAS MISSING IN THE PACKAGE

Hello,
I ordered a Fossil Gen * Watch in Amazon India as of **-Jun-**** and as soon as i ordered the site did not display the product availability but still my order is placed.Then I was given a delivery date on **-Jun-****.Due to covid restrictions I could not check the parcel infront of the delivery agent as he insisted me to do so.So,I paid him the full cash of ₹**,*** amd recieved the box.I was shocked to see that the box was Empty inside.The Watch,Charger and Warranty card everything was missing and all I got is a Empty Box.I raised a complaint in Amazon and they made me wait till ** June for their investigation to take place.And on **th June **** Amazon called me and mentioned that they are not guilty of it and I am the one who had stole it.I became so depressed on hearing and so and realising that my hard earned money had been cheated by an MNC company.Again I tried to contact them all I could is a rude treatment from their senior claiming that Im the one cheated.Then I checked the seller information and I could see every consumer from that seller has faced the same problem and Amazon claims that the seller is a verified seller and amazon is the main party here.I was exposed to so much illtreatment and claiming that I stole my own product amd cheating them is un bearable.I was mentally hurt and I couldn't take this pain that three fourth of my salary had been cheated by this company.I was trying to raise a complaint all went in vain.It will be so much grateful if I could get the money back Please
